Director of Operations

Jennifer Urena joins Ascent Wealth Management as Director of Operations, bringing more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She has a time-tested track record supporting wealth management teams and overseeing the account-related needs of a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, middle-market, and institutional clients.

With deep industry knowledge and strong operational expertise, Jennifer serves as a key point of contact for clients and advisors. She specializes in client service, trading operations, and implementing investment strategies that deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality client experiences.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses through LPL Financial.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her community. She serves as an assistant coach for youth baseball and wrestling, volunteers at her children’s schools, and supports local community initiatives.
